Reishit talmidim spent Israeli Memorial Day in the nation's capital, Jerusalem. The beginning of the day was spent on Har Herzl, the IDF's cemetery, at a special Yom HaZikaron ceremony. In the afternoon talmidim went to Ir David, the ancient site of Jerusalem, in order to deepen our understanding of Jewish history in the land of Israel. In the evening Yeshiva celebrated the 64th year of Midinat Yisroel with a barbecue and singing.
